Part 1: Preparing Your Order

1. Tap “Click & Collect/Delivery” at the bottom of your grocery list.
   
2. Review the Mix and Match cost of your grocery and the cost for shopping only in each store.
   
3. Tap “OK” to proceed.
4. Review your order items. You can untick items you do not need.
5. Tap “Checkout through Coles & Woolies” at the bottom right of the screen to finalise your store selection and proceed to checkout.
   
6. Choose where you want to place your order: ‘Coles and Woolworths’, ‘Only Woolworths’, or ‘Only Coles’.
   

Part 2: Transferring to Woolworths

If you selected an option that includes Woolworths, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Woolworths tab.
2. Log in to your Woolworths account.
3. Once you are logged in, tap the yellow banner at the top of the screen that says: “Log in, then tap here to transfer your list items to your shopping cart.” highlighted in yellow at the top
   
4. Your grocery list items will automatically be loaded into your Woolworths shopping cart.

Part 3: Transferring to Coles

If you selected an option that includes Coles, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Coles tab.
2. When prompted, allow WiseList to use your location. This helps us find the nearest Coles store for your specific Click & Collect or Delivery order.
3. Log in to your Coles account.
4. Your grocery list items will automatically be loaded into your Coles shopping cart.

Important Things to Know

• Delivery Fees: Even though you use WiseList to organise, you are still bound by the delivery fees and service charges of Coles or Woolworths.
• Substitutions: If an item is out of stock, the supermarket’s own substitution rules will apply (you can usually adjust these preferences during the final checkout on their site).
• Loyalty Points: Since you are logging into your actual Coles/Woolies account to pay, you will still earn your Flybuys or Everyday Rewards points as usual.

Remember:

• Specials count. Factor in weekly specials and discounts when comparing.
• Supermarket brands are often cheaper. Don’t automatically reach for name brands; compare to the store’s own brand for potential savings.

• Go to Dashboard & under “Loyalty card” you will then see the option to add both Flybuys & Woolworths Everyday Reward Card.
• You can choose to manually enter your card number or scan your card’s barcode
• Your card should now be added! To use in store, access your cards via the Dashboard or from your grocery list

Q: How do I change my Flybuys and Woolworths / Everyday Reward Card?

• To change your Flybuys and Woolworths rewards card, go to Grocery tab
• At the top right you will see a card icon. Tap on that.
• You can choose to manually enter your card number or scan your card’s barcode
• Your card should now be added! To use in store, access your cards via the Grocery List tab and then select the card you would like to scan at checkout.

If you have some difficulty scanning the barcode in store, turn your screen brightness right up and move your phone back and forth several times when scanning.

This is not unique to WiseList. It is a limitation that exists across the grocery industry due to differences in product ranges and private label branding.

Does WiseList compare Aldi fruit, vegetables, milk & meat?

Yes. Categories such as fresh produce, milk, eggs and many everyday essentials can often be compared across supermarkets where equivalent products are available.

Why doesn’t WiseList force product matches?

We prioritise accurate grocery comparisons. Showing two different products as identical could result in misleading pricing information.

Why can’t every Aldi product be compared?

Aldi sells a large number of exclusive private label products.

Examples include:

• Farmdale
• Bakers Life
• Just Organic
• Emporium
• Everyday Essentials

Many of these products do not have an identical equivalent sold by Coles or Woolworths.

Without a true product match, a direct comparison cannot always be made.
