Part 1: Preparing Your Order

1. Tap “Click & Collect/Delivery” at the bottom of your grocery list.
   
2. Review the Mix and Match cost of your grocery and the cost for shopping only in each store.
   
3. Tap “OK” to proceed.
4. Review your order items. You can untick items you do not need.
5. Tap “Checkout through Coles & Woolies” at the bottom right of the screen to finalise your store selection and proceed to checkout.
   
6. Choose where you want to place your order: ‘Coles and Woolworths’, ‘Only Woolworths’, or ‘Only Coles’.
   

Part 2: Transferring to Woolworths

If you selected an option that includes Woolworths, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Woolworths tab.
2. Log in to your Woolworths account.
3. Once you are logged in, tap the yellow banner at the top of the screen that says: “Log in, then tap here to transfer your list items to your shopping cart.” highlighted in yellow at the top
   
4. Your grocery list items will automatically be loaded into your Woolworths shopping cart.

Part 3: Transferring to Coles

If you selected an option that includes Coles, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Coles tab.
2. When prompted, allow WiseList to use your location. This helps us find the nearest Coles store for your specific Click & Collect or Delivery order.
3. Log in to your Coles account.
4. Your grocery list items will automatically be loaded into your Coles shopping cart.

Important Things to Know

• Delivery Fees: Even though you use WiseList to organise, you are still bound by the delivery fees and service charges of Coles or Woolworths.
• Substitutions: If an item is out of stock, the supermarket’s own substitution rules will apply (you can usually adjust these preferences during the final checkout on their site).
• Loyalty Points: Since you are logging into your actual Coles/Woolies account to pay, you will still earn your Flybuys or Everyday Rewards points as usual.

At WiseList we assure that your order will be handled with care. Our personal shoppers try their upmost best to make sure all products that you have ordered will be delivered to you safely and in a timely manner. In unfortunate circumstances they may miss some groceries or perhaps the products you were ordering was out of stock at that time. WiseList will either refund you for out of stock products or personal shoppers will grab a substitute product.

How are you fresh produce being handled?
Our shoppers have high attention to detail and they make sure that make sure that all fresh fruits and vegetables will be handpicked with care.

Frozen and refrigerated goods
In order to keep frozen and refrigerated goods fresh, the shoppers will shop for these products at the very end and deliver the groceries straight away to the customer. It’s the same as if you were shopping for you own groceries, each shopper personally shops and delivers for each individual customer. E.g one order at a time therefore not needing to use refrigerated vans or trucks

Substitute items

We tend to do it when the product you have ordered is out of stock.

Here at WiseList we try our best to choose a sub that is similar in price and quality.*

*NOTE: If you do not want substitutes on specific products please leave an instruction under the specific products before you checkout and mention that you do not want any substitutions.
