What you’re buying
WiseList+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives one WiseList account access to the WiseList+ features. It is not a subscription. You pay once and nothing renews.
Price: A$149, in Australian dollars, GST included. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider.
Which account it applies to
WiseList+ Lifetime applies to the WiseList account linked to the email address the offer was sent to, whoever makes the payment. It can’t be moved to another account. If you have more than one WiseList account, contact us before you pay.
WiseList+ is on your account, not your phone. Log in with the same account on any phone to use it.
What “lifetime” means
Lifetime means for as long as WiseList continues to operate the WiseList+ service. It is not a guarantee that the service will be available forever, and WiseList may change, add or retire individual WiseList+ features over time.
In the app, WiseList+ Lifetime may show an expiry date of 31 December 2099. That is how Lifetime appears; you don’t need to renew or subscribe.
What’s included
The WiseList+ features available at the time of purchase, as described in the app, and updates to those features. Products, services or premium tiers that WiseList offers separately in future may not be included.
WiseList+ features have no usage limits today. If a feature that relies on AI processing is used in a way that is clearly not normal household use (for example automated or commercial use), we may limit that use.
Existing subscriptions
Buying Lifetime does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have one, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings so you aren’t charged for both.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of paying, contact us and we will refund you in full. After 14 days, Lifetime is non-refundable except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund or other remedy.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once a purchase is refunded, WiseList+ Lifetime is removed from the account.
For WiseList+ Lifetime, this section replaces the 14-day refund in clause 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
Your rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
