Make a simple Angus Beef Burger for Dinner

Ingredient List:

50g Butter

600g of Beef Mince

150g of Brown Onion

2 Eggs (extra large)

3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)

1 Tomato

Cos lettuce Leaves

4 tablespoon of Mayo (Kewpie Mayo)

1 tablespoon of mustard

1 tablespoon of sriracha

1 teaspoon of honey

2 slices of cheese

Olive Oil (to taste)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

2 Burger Rolls

Step 1: Prep all your ingredients. Wash and prepare your lettuce, tomato, garlic and onion.

Step 2: Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and sriracha sauce (my secret sauce) together in a bowl.

Step 3: Turn up to mid heat and stir fired the onion with half tsp of salt until a bit transparent. Add garlic and continue for 1 min.

Step 4: Add cooled onion and 2/3 of the beaten egg to beef mince and gently mix them all with hands. Use hands to roll the mince to a meat ball and press it into a beef patty. Put some salt and pepper on the surface.

Step 5: Put some olive oil in a mid-heat pan and wait till some smoke appears. Place the beef patty on the pan for 3-4 mins and turn for another 2 mins. Then place the cheddar slice for about 1-2 mins. Get the patty out and rest for 1-2 mins.

Step 6: While cooking your beef patty, you can use another pan to golden the burger roll and then spread the sauce on it.

Step 7: Last step, put lettuce, tomato, beef patty, lettuce in your burger roll and then enjoy!
