This occurs when the personal shoppers are unable to find a specific product that you are looking for and this is due to the product being not in stock. When this happens we will provide a refund.

We tend to do it when the product you have ordered is out of stock.

Here at WiseList we try our best to choose a sub that is similar in price and quality.*

*NOTE: If you do not want substitutes on specific products please leave an instruction under the specific products before you checkout and mention that you do not want any substitutions.
