Packed with flavours of the bustling HONG KONG cafes, this is for all sweet tooth lovers.

Ingredient List:

24 lady fingers

2 Tablespoons of Dose & Co Collagen Creamer Vanilla (Any Vanilla essence of your choice)

1 cup of full cream milk (any milk of your choice)

1 bag of Lipton black tea bags (any black tea)

3/4 cup of thickened cream (Full cream)

230g  Mascarpone Cheese

80g of White Sugar

4 Eggs

Cocoa Powder


Step 1: Prepare a your milk + tea in a small bowl. Set aside

Step 2: In a bowl, mix your eggs and 40g sugar until you get a pale yellow mixture. Set aside

Step 3: In another bowl, mix heavy cream and 40g of sugar until soft peak forms. Now mix in mascarpone and 1 tablespoon of milktea. Gently fold the mascarpone mixture into the egg bowl.

Step 4: Place a layer of creamer on the baking dish

Step 5: Place a layer of lady fingers in the baking dish. With a spoon, add milk tea on each lady finger.

Step 6: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the lady fingers.

Step 7: Repeat step 4 and step 6

Step 8: Place the baking dish in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight)

Step 9: Dust a layer of chocolate powder on top and enjoy.
