1. The WiseList+ Compare, Switch and Be Rewarded feature ("Offer") is valid until 31st Dec 2023 or until WiseList withdraws the Offer. The Offer is not available for Health insurance comparison, Life Insurance comparison, Car insurance comparison, home & content insurance comparison, and travel insurance comparison. Additionally, the Offer is not available for Mate NBN or Mate Mobile plans. The Offer is available to WiseList+ members who successfully sign up to and activate any energy or Internet plan from a participating service provider through the WiseList app.
  2. To be eligible for the Offer, your selected service must be activated within 30 days from the date of application signup.
  3. This Offer is only available to Australian addresses where service providers have confirmed service availability.
  4. If you sign up for a service via WiseList, we or the service provider may contact you to confirm details or request missing information.
  5. The service provider you choose will be responsible for providing the selected service and handling all technical inquiries, complaints, and servicing.
  6. The collection and handling of your personal information and the provision of your selected service will be subject to the service provider's standard terms of service and policies.
  7. If applicable, payment will be debited upfront for the first month of service and any equipment charges.
  8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  9. You must be aged 18 or over. WiseList or participating service providers may request you to provide a copy of your valid ID for identification purposes.
  10. If you are eligible, WiseList or our participating partner will provide you with a $50 Woolworths or Coles Store Bonus eGift Card via email within 90-120 days after the successful activation of your service.
  11. In case the request for a switch or connection cannot be completed or a request is made for the cancellation within the first 45 days from the date of activation, the transaction would be deemed invalid.
  12. Woolworths Group Ltd ABN 88 000 014 675 and Coles Group Limited ABN 11 004 089 936 are the issuers of the Woolworths and Coles Store Bonus eGift Cards, respectively, but are not the promoters of the Offer, nor responsible for fulfillment of the Offer terms.
  13. Bonus Store eGift Cards have a fixed term expiry as displayed on the front of the gift card and are redeemable in-store and online at Woolworths and Coles Supermarket stores only.
  14. Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the issue date and are not reloadable or redeemable for cash.
  15. Gift cards are offered and provided solely by WiseList and participating partners, and service providers have no responsibility or liability for fulfilling any such gift card Offer.
  16. WiseList or Woolworths and Coles will not replace expired, lost, stolen, or deleted gift cards.
