Q: Will my reward points be added on to my reward cards when ordering from the WiseList app?

A: No, as of now when you purchase from the app we are unable to add points to your card.

Q: How do I add my Flybuys and Woolworths reward card?

A: The reward card function is currently for you to use when you shop in store. Instead of using your physical card, you have the option to scan your rewards card from the WiseList app.

  • To add your Flybuys and Woolworths rewards card, go to the rewards card section under the Grocery List tab
  • You can choose to manually enter your card number or scan your card’s barcode
  • Your card should now be added! To use in store, access your cards via the Grocery List tab or the More tab, and then select the card you would like to scan at checkout.

If you have some difficulty scanning the barcode in store, turn your screen brightness right up and move your phone back and forth several times when scanning.

Q: What is the point of adding my reward cards on to the app if it does not accumulate points when I shop through the app?

Q: In the future, is WiseList planning to to allow customers to accumulate reward points on the app?

Yes, we are constantly improving, we hope to have this option for users in the long run.

Q: Is WiseList stealing my rewards points?

BIG NO, we assure you that we do not use your grocery order to collect points on your behalf. We are actually coming up with a new system where you can accumulate your rewards points through the app so stay tuned
