Where can I see my delivery & service fees before checkout?

⚠️ Important: Who Delivers Your Groceries? WiseList is a smart list manager and price comparator, not a delivery service. When you choose delivery, WiseList simply transfers your cart to Coles or Woolworths. Your order is packed, charged, and delivered directly by Coles or Woolworths via their own drivers.

1. Your List: Add your groceries to WiseList to find the best prices.

2. WiseList Syncs: Tap to instantly load your entire list into Coles or Woolworths.

3. They Deliver: You checkout on the supermarket’s website, and Coles or Woolworths delivers it to your door. (WiseList does not deliver).

Key Benefits

  • No Manual Searching: You don’t have to find each item one by one on the grocery site.
  • Price Comparison: You’ll know exactly which store is cheaper before you start the checkout process.
  • Sync Accuracy: It matches the specific brands and sizes you picked in WiseList directly to the store’s inventory.

Important Things to Know

  • Delivery Fees: Even though you use WiseList to organize, you are still bound by the delivery fees and service charges of Coles or Woolworths.
  • Substitutions: If an item is out of stock, the supermarket’s own substitution rules will apply (you can usually adjust these preferences during the final checkout on their site).
  • Loyalty Points: Since you are logging into your actual Coles/Woolies account to pay, you will still earn your Flybuys or Everyday Rewards points as usual.
